JOB TITLE: System Administrator (PO/SPO)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Perform daily system administration of Active directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, DPM, MSSQL Windows Features like DHCP, WDS, and WSUS etc for multiple site.
  2. Microsoft Certification preferable
  3. Knowledge about SCVMM & VMware
  4. Basic Network Administration & knowledge about application data Flow.
  5. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware (HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM Servers and Storage), server (Windows, Linux) resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
  6. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  7. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
  8. Perform regular file archival as necessary.
  9. MSSQL Database configuration, backup & Replication of DB.
  10. Managing internal and external systems to support business and project based activities that includes troubleshooting and issue resolution ensuring high level of satisfaction.
  11. Health check-up of Linux & Windows environment
  12. Ensure a high level of system availability in line with SLAs and support protocols.
  13. Ensure systems and processes are deployed in line with internal security policies and client requirements.
  14. Housekeeping of licensing, support renewals, installations, backups and patching for infrastructure and application components.

JOB NATURE: Permanent

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  1. Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from reputed university
  2. Minimum CGPA 3.00

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 5 to 10 years of experience as System Administrator
  1. Must be proactive and able to executive tasks efficiently
  2. Should be able to work under pressure
  3. Good interpersonal communication skill to deal with people at all levels
  4. Flexible to learn on the job and mentor a broader team
  5. Age between 25 to 35 years
