Mr. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director & CEO (CC), Shimanto Bank Ltd has recently participated in a Signing Ceremony of fund raising for Esquire Accessories Ltd, a leading export oriented accessories manufacturing company, where Shimanto Bank Ltd and LankaBangla Finance Ltd are the investors of the Preference Shares while Dhaka Bank Ltd is appointed as the Agent. Lankan Alliance Finance Ltd has raised BDT 450 Million through issuance of 5-year non-convertible redeemable cumulative Performance Shares to support the business expansion of Esquire Accessories.

Ehsanul Habib, Managing Director of Esquire Accessories Ltd, Mr. Arifur Rahman, Managing Director of Esquire Electronics Ltd, Mr. Kanti Kumar Saha, Chief Executive Officer of Lankan Alliance Finance Ltd, Mr. Md.
